We believe that digital freedom is not a luxury, but a human right. That’s why we are building an open, sovereign digital ecosystem — without AI abuse, without data sales, without Big Tech. Only you decide what happens to your data. A call for digital sovereignty.
1. We believe that digital freedom is a human right
Everyone has the right to free access to information, communication, and technology — without those rights being undermined by hidden conditions, surveillance, or data misuse.
2. Our data belongs to us
Your files are your property. Period. We don’t sell them, analyze them, or train algorithms with them. We build technology that respects and enforces this.
3. Open source, open eyes
We build open source software because transparency is the only guarantee for trust. Everyone can look, contribute, and improve. Because technology you cannot control, controls you.
4. Independent from Big Tech
Sendox does not run on Amazon Web Services. Not on Google Cloud. Not on a hidden Silicon Valley promise. We choose sovereign infrastructure, sustainable storage, and fair ownership — preferably in Europe, and always on our terms.
5. Digital infrastructure is a public good
Just like water, electricity, and education, digital infrastructure must be reliable, safe, and collectively supported. That’s why we launch this platform as a public initiative built by developers, designers, makers, and people on a mission.
6. We build together
Sendox is not a product, it’s a beginning. The start of a larger ecosystem of digital services that are free, fair, and resilient. We are starting a movement and invite you to join. As a user. As a tester. As a builder. As a guardian of your digital future.

Sendox is the first initiative of the movement. But we are not alone. The New Digital is a collective of online agencies, developers, and designers who are building a new kind of internet together. An internet that works for people, not against them.

The New Digital is an independent platform that develops and provides open source digital solutions, with the goal of promoting digital sovereignty, transparency, and autonomy. Projects such as Sendox are part of this broader initiative. Development is managed and supported by Béyonit B.V. (KvK 84727281), located at Harlingertrekweg 53, 8913 HR Leeuwarden.
We believe in technology that can be verified. That is why all source code of our tools and services is publicly available. This also means: use at your own responsibility. We do everything we can to build our systems securely, stably, and ethically, but we do not guarantee flawless operation or unlimited availability. We develop in open beta. That means it’s not entirely finished yet.
Personal data
When you sign up for our newsletter, contact us, or participate in one of our (test) services, we process your personal data. This may include your name, email address, or possibly your IP address.
We use this data solely to:
inform you about our initiatives (such as product updates or releases),
maintain contact with you if you have requested it,
improve or enable the technical and functional operation of our services.
We never share this data with third parties, unless required by law or necessary for the functioning of the platform (for example via an anonymized analytics service, if explicitly stated).
